Me on my perceptions.

My perceptions, are those of others, and how I see the others' perceptions. I do not say that what I express, are my own perceptions. It is not appropriate, that I speak about God, but I do not claim to know anything about God. What I express, is my contemplation on the reflections of others. One may presume, that I reflect on the reflections of others. I must not make presumptions about God, but I may presume, on how I reflect, on other secular matters.

The proposed development in the North-East of India.

I admire Mr Aiyer's (Union Minister), unveiling of the proposed development of the North East of India. Any development, in my opinion, should be sustainable. Sustainable development, to me, is any development, easy to construct, and deconstruct. If soil can be made fertile, without the use of chemical fertilizers, for instance, it is considered good, hence the new idea in the west, which recognizes the use of organic fertilizer. All activity is a cycle, the cycle sustains itself. If more cattle are required to be reared, then it should be done. When we construct, we appreciate the effort to construct, but we are unwilling to consider how to deconstruct. Hence, it is very difficult to manufacture many chemicals, and impossible to deconstruct them. What is perhaps needed by the population of India, including the population in the North-East of India, is to live acceptably, and in peace with the habitat. Any construction should be simple, then the environment will not be affected. I am all for effort, but the effort and it's aftermath should be appreciated. The area of the North-East may be inhabited by some important officials, who will try to find, the issues that belong to the existence, of the North-East. The people may have, equally, individual and collective interests. A farmer may be important, but it is important, that a farmer have an individual, and a collective identity. A farmer may exist as a farmer having the perception, that he is neither no more, nor no less, important to the environment, than the environment is to him. A National Army, for a further example, may appreciate the affairs of a nation, and voice their opinion, and their opinion must be appreciated. One cannot not appreciate the idea of giving up one's life in military combat, but appreciate the willing intent of a soldier, sacrificing his life in military combat.
