Perception of society.

Mr Sorabjee in a recent newspaper writing expressed the fairness of the English Judicial system. He would know, that the British judicial system has judged itself constantly from the times of Charles Dickens, and Oliver Twist. The system has progressed. In India, perceptions are interpreted differently, Nothing is right or wrong, because one's conscience is one's guide. How does one do business otherwise, if certain practices are prevalent, in business? Even in the ISCON explanation of the Gita, it is said that a soldier has to take a life. Should he feel that he has done wrong? When society is not encumbered by one's own or other's conscience, then perhaps, things improve. Can a businessman tell the government how to administrate, and is the government in control of individual businesses at any given moment, to administrate them? Why does Bill Gates have to be told that he has violated the law, in the course of his business, in the United States?
