The behavior of the electorate, towards the elected.

The elected, must have a certain standard of decorum, too. The electorate, feel that it is appropriate, that many varied types of footwear are tossed towards those who may be elected to the state or national legislatures. Are those who are elected, some if not all, not guilty of misdemeanors of behavior? Then, they must be on guard, that those among them who are blameless, are not taken to be unreasonable and undesirable elements among those who are elected.
